Regulations Amending the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (Emergency Response Assistance Plan)
- TDG Regulations are now required if dangerous goods are transported between two points in Canada on a voyage during which the vessel is always within 120 nautical miles (222 km) from shore. IMDG is required if the vessel goes more than 120 nautical miles (222 km) from shore.
